Personalised Music Pack

Parents have the option purchase a start up pack for their child at a cost of $30.00. The start-up pack contains;

1. personalised bag,
2. recorder (with case),
3. music book (level 1), and
4. CD (level 1).

The purpose of the pack is to help the children continue their music at home with their families. The children will need to bring their start-up pack to each lesson (provisions are in place for children who forget, so that they may still be included in each class).

Student Details

Lessons
Once your child is enrolled, there is no need to re-enroll for each term. Lessons are conducted per term and are ongoing. Students’ lessons are automatically continued into the new terms, unless you contact us directly to cancel lessons.

Information chart
We now have a new user friendly chart up for you to see. We have made the new design so that it is easier for you and your child to understand. For those that haven’t seen it, we have placed it up at your childcare, letting you know briefly what has been taught each week. Please ask your centre staff for its location. If there is anything else you would like to have added to the chart please let Tamzin know.

Missed Lessons
Unfortunately due to unforeseen circumstances it may be required to cancel lessons. We apologise for the disruption that this may cause. All lessons that are cancelled will be credited to your account. If you are going away on holidays please notify us at least two weeks prior and we will credit your account. If your child is sick and a doctor’s certificate is provided, your account will be credited.

Payment Details

We are now able to accept VISA, MASTER CARD and AMEX. Please read your invoice carefully on all payment options. Please remember that no cash is to be handed to the staff at the Childcare Centres. Just a reminder, all invoices are due at the beginning of each term. As a small business, cash flow is very important for us to continue teaching. Unfortunately, our teachers can no longer instruct students who have not paid. If you have any queries or concerns with this policy please don’t hesitate to call Miss Tamzin on 0418337101 to discuss. Photo Consent

On this web site there is a page set up to display photos of our students at thier lessons.
Before this can happen, Nursery Notes needs permission from each child’s parents/guardians, allowing Nursery Notes to upload the photos to the web page.
